We have built flexibility into our menu by tailoring the amount of farm to table and organic food you offer to your guests allowing you to take control of your budget. We offer three styles. Buffet, Family and plated. These three types are very defined styles, however at Niblack Events we will help to tailor the style to meet all your guest’s needs and create your desired atmosphere. We strive to be the Oregon Coast’s premier catering company, and are local experts who live and work on the coast. As an added service we make ourselves available if you have any questions about resources in the area of your event.
